Our kids said "The RIZZ? Mom, do you even know what that means?" We said, it's kind of like "The Ritz"...anyway, we decided to keep the name.
The dream of any teen! This model comes equipped with smart... everything! Lights, locks, TV's and surround sound...it also features "the nest" loft area with a swing couch and separate TV with a gaming system & wireless headphones (x2). It also comes with enhanced security features with Eufy cam & a technology control panel.
In-Law Quarters
We all love our in-law's right? Right. So to show our love, we've designed an AWA model JUST FOR THEM.
Equipped with the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, queen sized bed, heated bidet toilet, towel warmer, heated floors, full sized bathroom and more...the only question we need answered is "stairs or no stairs?". Psst...plus it comes with a beautiful smart picture frame so you can easily display your favorite family photos or daily reminders (like take your meds mom).
The Musician
The AWA Musician model is any music artists dream. It features full sound proof insulation & windows, framing angles specifically designed to boost acoustics, every type of electrical plug possibly needed for equipment/instruments...and of course a loft bed, miniature kitchen, full bathroom & more!
The Cabana
This is the perfect ADU to compliment the fun pool people! It comes equipped with cooled waterproof flooring (perfect for those hot summer days), pool equipment storage, an outside shower & more!
The Artist
Artists unite! Imagine having a peaceful place where your creativity is never restricted. Our Artist model comes equipped with voice controlled window shades & interior lights! Let your creativity flow free without ever stepping away due to light.
It also features built-in shelves, a coffee window nook, bathroom and loft bed. A delightful sanctuary to say the least.
The Off-Grid
The "Off Grid" model is designed with the survivalist in mind (it's our favorite model). Built to withstand most natural or intentional disasters, it comes equipped with a bullet/blast tolerant exterior, rain collection, faraday box, hidden storage, greenhouse capability, propane inlets, and a self-sustaining power source. Oh, & at a max of 200sq ft, no permits = no trace.

A gardeners paradise! This AWA model not only doubles as a glorified garden shed to house all things garden related...but also has a sink, workstation and greenhouse incubator for new starts, growing herbs and more!
