Sure, you might love one of our All Wood ADU floor plan's, but as with most people, you want to make some adjustments and be hand's-on with the design process! Schedule an appointment to meet with our design team to accomplish the following: - dial in the exact size (to perfectly fit your property space allowance) - make floor plan adjustments (example: maybe you want your loft or entrance to face the West instead of the East) - pick out siding material, roofing, and gutters (our team will have 3-5 options to best compliment your existing home/neighborhood, but you're not limited to that) - see, touch & explore interior aspects such as cabinets, flooring, color schemes & more - special requests (maybe you want handpainted cabinet knobs instead of black, gold, bronze or white) We pride ourselves in making the ADU building process easy, smooth and beautiful. When we meet with you, it's more than just logistics. It's about learning your style (maybe you're a minimalist and like things crisp and modern...or maybe you're eclectic and bold or something in between) so we can hand you the keys to an ADU that will be a dream come true. That means we are prepared to build & design a TURN KEY ADU without requiring customer input on every aspect (it can be very time consuming for you, and often times hard to envision or decide). Our process can be as hand's-on or off as YOU want. For those of you who LOVE picking colors, designing, etc...you'll want to schedule this appointment!
